Geotechnics Laboratory

 

Geotechnics Laboratory is located in AGU Steel Building and research studies are carried out in this laboratory. Geotechnics Laboratory has the capacity to perform modern soil mechanics standards and advanced test types based on the international standards. The laboratory has computer-controlled tensile and deformation controlled triaxial pressure, simple shear, shear box, oedometer and CBR.

Geotechnics Laboratory is also used by undergraduate students for teaching purposes; Graduation projects and graduate students also benefit from laboratory resources for scientific research purposes.
